Real estate tokenization revolves around the representation of ownership rights to a property as digital tokens on a blockchain. By dividing the value of a property into tradable tokens, this process opens up avenues for fractional ownership, thereby enhancing liquidity and enabling wider participation in the real estate markets.
Alexis Nicolaou, underscored the significance of blockchain technology in the real estate sector. He mentioned that <<through the platform we essentially offer the evaluation of a business plan and added <<we started from real estate, but it can be applied to anything that can be digitally exploited.
